Greatride Shuttles These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the shuttle and chauffeur services offered by Greatride Shuttles ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

   1. Reservations: Bookings can be made online, by phone, or email
   2. Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed upon beforehand. We accept various payment methods as listed on our website or communicated during booking.
   3. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with booking details upon successful reservation.

2. Cancellations and Modifications

   1. Cancellation by You: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the total fare.
   2. Cancellation by Us: In the rare event that we need to cancel your service, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or rebooking option.

3. Service Availability and Pricing

   1. Service Area: Our services are available within Gauteng. We reserve the right to refuse service outside this area.
   2. Pricing: Fares are based on factors such as distance, vehicle type, and number of passengers. You will be quoted a fare at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice.
   3. Wait Time: We allow a grace period of 30 minutes for pick-up. Waiting time exceeding 30 minutes will be charged at an hourly rate.

4. User Conduct

   1. Respectful Behavior: We expect all passengers to behave respectfully towards our drivers and fellow passengers. Disruptive, abusive, or intoxicated behavior will not be tolerated.
   2. Prohibited Items: Illegal drugs, weapons, and other dangerous items are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
   3. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
   4. Pets: Pets are only allowed with prior approval and may require an additional fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

   1. We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as traffic conditions, weather events, or mechanical failures.

6. Indemnification

   1. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, including any violation of these Terms.
